Faith helps clients navigate complex litigation, with a focus on mass tort and product liability matters. She brings a practical, client-focused perspective to her work and understands that litigation often requires clients to make important decisions in unfamiliar and high-stakes circumstances.
Before law school, Faith worked as both a criminal defense paralegal and an intellectual property paralegal. In both roles, she saw firsthand the impact legal matters can have not only on clients, but also on their businesses and families. Those experiences drew her to a legal career centered on strategic advocacy, practical problem-solving, and clear client guidance.
Faith developed her litigation and advocacy skills throughout law school. As a student attorney in the appellate advocacy clinic, she argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in a case presenting four issues on appeal, including an issue of first impression, and helped secure reversal on all four grounds. The experience strengthened her interest in complex, fact-intensive litigation and persuasive legal writing while deepening her commitment to pro bono work. Faith also gained significant courtroom experience during an externship with the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office, trying several bench trials and second-chairing a three-day jury trial that resulted in a favorable verdict. Those experiences helped shape Faith’s approach to trial advocacy, giving her firsthand insight into jury selection, witness examination, and the importance of developing a clear case theory and adapting it as the evidence unfolds.
Faith first joined Husch Blackwell as a summer associate in Phoenix, where she worked across several practice groups, including intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, mass torts and product liability, and international trade and supply chain matters. That experience ultimately drew her toward work at the intersection of complex litigation, product liability, and transportation and supply chain issues.
Clients can expect Faith to bring curiosity, sound judgment, and a practical approach to their matters. She enjoys digging into complicated factual records, developing a clear understanding of how the pieces fit together, and translating that work into an effective litigation strategy.
