Evelyn has more than 20 years of experience helping clients and attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception to trial.

Focusing her work on the areas of mass tort and product liability, Evelyn assists in all phases of litigation, including early case assessment and development, discovery, preparing court submissions, trial, post-trial and appellate procedures. During trial preparation, Evelyn prepares witness lists, jury instructions and trial subpoenas and she organizes case-specific and client-related exhibits. She is adept at reviewing, summarizing and organizing case materials such as medical and employment records, and depositions. Evelyn regularly coordinates retention of the subject-matter experts that are key to asbestos litigation, toxic tort matters and related trial work.

Evelyn is appreciated for her organizational skills and can-do attitude. When courts were among the majority of sectors that went virtual and remote during the pandemic on short notice, Evelyn was thinking through how to make it work successfully. She helped transition the team to continue to work for clients through the formerly unthinkable.

Evelyn and her family are devoted foodies as well as adventurous home cooks and bakers. And Evelyn has always enjoyed spending time following the sports, school events and enthusiasms of her son and daughter – now in high school and college.

Community Leadership

For almost 15 years, Evelyn has been active in her church, helping to manage a stocked pantry for low-income individuals and families, with thoughtful approaches on how those in need can best access the service. She also collaborates on organizing regular food drives and calls for toiletries to keep the pantry well stocked.
