Evelyn has more than 20 years of experience helping clients and attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception to trial.
Focusing her work on the areas of mass tort and product liability, Evelyn assists in all phases of litigation, including early case assessment and development, discovery, preparing court submissions, trial, post-trial and appellate procedures. During trial preparation, Evelyn prepares witness lists, jury instructions and trial subpoenas and she organizes case-specific and client-related exhibits. She is adept at reviewing, summarizing and organizing case materials such as medical and employment records, and depositions. Evelyn regularly coordinates retention of the subject-matter experts that are key to asbestos litigation, toxic tort matters and related trial work.
Evelyn is appreciated for her organizational skills and can-do attitude. When courts were among the majority of sectors that went virtual and remote during the pandemic on short notice, Evelyn was thinking through how to make it work successfully. She helped transition the team to continue to work for clients through the formerly unthinkable.
