Overview

Emma defends clients in complex commercial litigation matters.

Emma chose law school out of a fascination with the adversarial litigation system and a desire to be a reliable problem-solver. Her goal has always been to help address challenging issues through careful analysis and advocacy, and commercial litigation offers the chance to work on complicated matters that require creative strategy and adaptability.

Law school experiences included work with her university’s Project for Innocence clinic, which emphasized the importance of client communication and effective teamwork in drafting legal documents. Emma also gained practical experience working with a non-profit on impact litigation matters in healthcare, learning the value of thorough preparation at each stage of a case.

As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, Emma contributed to projects involving state and federal regulatory research, complaint drafting, and legal analysis on contract and tort claims. This experience highlighted the importance of mentorship and a willingness to learn as a new attorney.

Known as attentive, diligent, and a strong team player, Emma is committed to producing thorough work and building strong relationships. Clients can expect clear communication, careful attention to detail, and a focus on delivering reliable results.
