A winning combination of creativity and reliability make Emily a commercial litigator who clients value having in their corner. Known for her detail-oriented analysis, for creating strategic legal pathways and for viewing legal problems with fresh eyes, Emily serves on the firm’s Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution team. In collaboration with legal teammates, Emily helps clients across industry sectors with matters of:

  • Business disputes
  • Breach of warranty
  • Breach of fiduciary duty

Prior to joining the firm, Emily served legal internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Missouri, and the Hon. Tom Frawley, Lincoln County Circuit Court.

Emily enjoys the outdoors, camping and hiking, and time spent with her lab mix, Archie. She also likes live music and local concerts.
