Knowing the challenges that litigation presents, Emily enjoys working with clients to move matters forward.

Clients and attorneys trust Emily to assist in facilitating all phases of complex litigation. She coordinates cases from initial investigation and discovery through arbitration, pretrial preparation and trial. Clients large and small in a variety of industry sectors rely on her assistance. Emily enjoys the analytical aspect of paralegal work, organizing each client’s individual case from start to strategy to conclusion.

Emily assists with investigation and discovery, coordinates depositions and mediations, facilitates witness interviews, and prepares and reviews a broad array of legal documents. She collaborates with medical providers, courts, governmental agencies and insurance companies, among others. She understands the critical importance of meeting deadlines. Emily is a proponent of eDiscovery and other technology that can save clients time and money. Clients and legal teams appreciate Emily’s positive energy, her creative solutions and her focus on client satisfaction.

Outside the Office

Emily gets the most out of technology on her off hours.

She enjoys digital painting – in addition to testing out traditional canvas and acrylics – and is a devoted video gamer. Also – she can’t pass up a good pizza. It’s not so much about thick vs thin crust as the secret ingredient: cream cheese.

Community Leadership

At St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Emily serves on the council that meets monthly to set strategic goals, assess funding and organize community outreach opportunities. In collaboration with her church and a local food pantry, Emily volunteers on initiatives such as feeding the homeless.
