Edgar Ceniceros-Herrada

Edgar focuses his practice on helping employers navigate business immigration law to meet their business needs.

As a business immigration attorney, Edgar assists employers in hiring and retaining foreign talent across various industries and fields. Edgar regularly advises on sponsoring foreign national employees with nonimmigrant petitions and employment-based permanent residence.

Edgar also counsels clients with regulatory compliance, Form I-9 due diligence in merger and acquisition deals, and E-Verify participation. He has experience assisting with internal Form I-9 audits for government entities.

Edgar’s experience includes:

  • Advising clients on complex issues related to maintaining immigration status and work authorization;
  • Preparing nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, PERMs, and employment-based green cards;
  • Representing employers before the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the U.S. Department of Labor.

Edgar is passionate about helping clients succeed by hiring and retaining the best talent available. Immigration laws and regulations are constantly in flux, and as such, Edgar understands the importance of being informed on the most up-to-date immigration changes when advising employers.
