Overview

Christy is an experienced paralegal who makes responsiveness a top priority.

After 20 years as a paralegal, in addition to time as a legal assistant and court reporter, Christy knows the legal system inside and out. Clients trust her extensive background knowledge and experience, especially in toxic tort matters. While Christy works with clients in a variety of industries, she is especially familiar with the manufacturing sector and asbestos claims.

Christy understands that clients need answers quickly. Her time in-house with an oil company reinforced her sense of urgency, and it’s a skill she emphasizes now that she’s returned to firm work. In fact, the need to get back to clients right away is part of what she loves most about her job: Christy is excited about working in a fast-paced field where she can assist with urgent cases.

Outside the Office

Christy loves working out and spending time with her boyfriend, as well as her two young adult daughters. All three of them enjoy shopping, exercising and eating out together–especially if it’s sushi. In the summer months, the family can be found at Innsbrook Resort’s lake.

Christy’s also a retired soccer mom: her oldest daughter played from age five through college, and Christy misses life on the soccer field dearly.
