A good listener, Chengzhuo is passionate about finding answers and solutions in an ever-changing world.

While studying law as an undergraduate in China, Chengzhuo found the process of learning U.S. law, especially finding relevant precedents to compare with a current case, especially intriguing. He loves reading the stories in the case law. He has always enjoyed meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures and welcomed the opportunity to work for a U.S. law firm.

Chengzhuo knows from working with the EEOC and helping people and companies solve problems that his work in the Labor & Employment group will offer similar opportunities to be of service to clients and their employees.
