Overview

Caitlyn understands that employer/employee relationships form the backbone of the economy and strives to reach agreements that treat employees with dignity while satisfying the employer's bottom line.

Caitlyn became dedicated to joining the legal profession when she was in elementary school. This dedication to the law has followed her into private practice where she diligently represents her clients.

Caitlyn is a great listener and is able to assess quickly her clients’ goals and tolerance for risk. She uses that insight to provide preemptive legal assistance and negotiations that deliver reasonable, cost-effective solutions. Her number one priority is helping employers stay out of the courtroom so they can stay focused on their businesses.
