Caitlyn knew she wanted to be an attorney in third grade.

She has always been drawn to the process of logical thinking, and she knew she wanted to do work that allowed her to help people be treated with dignity.

And that still drives her today. She has stayed true to her path and never regretted or wavered from her decision.

During law school, stints at a Milwaukee mediation clinic and the Eviction Defense Fund helped Caitlyn realize that she wanted to focus on preemptive law that could address issues and find reasonable solutions without putting all parties through protracted litigation.

Caitlyn especially values the opportunity in the Labor and Employment group to help companies develop and utilize processes and tools to treat all employees with dignity.
