A member of the firm’s innovative eDiscovery Solutions team, Brandon has managed the review, organization and production of millions of pages of eDiscovery for a variety of high-profile multidistrict product liability and commercial litigation cases. He helps clients and colleagues develop eDiscovery strategies and manage workflow, with an eye to efficiency, cost savings and defensibility.
Brandon’s enthusiasm for electronic techniques is such that he has previously trained classes of other attorneys in eDiscovery, as well as mentored large teams. He joined Husch Blackwell specifically because of the firm’s commitment to remaining at the forefront of emerging techniques.
With a passion for technology that’s only equaled by his excitement for law, Brandon became fascinated by the intersection of the two early in his career. He quickly realized how crucial eDiscovery work was to litigation, as well as how much he enjoyed applying technology to pretrial preparation. He thrives on the strategy involved in eDiscovery and document review and analysis.
Most of all, Brandon values the improved service eDiscovery helps him provide to clients. His interest in a legal career was driven by his enjoyment of helping people and offering individual, personalized service, and eDiscovery techniques help him do just that.
