Brad is a toxic tort trial attorney who understands game strategy and teamwork.

As a lead trial attorney for nearly 20 years, Brad has led teams in defending clients in more than 30 trials both locally and as national counsel in areas including toxic tort, product liability, mass tort and premises liability. He is experienced, adept and comfortable working with clients across automotive, safety, construction, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors, with a concentration involving asbestos claims. He also regularly helps clients navigate automotive- and work-related catastrophic injury claims, as well as pesticide claims. He has defended clients in both state and federal courts.
