Overview

As a lead trial attorney for over 20 years, Brad has led teams in defending clients in more than 50 trials both locally and as national counsel in areas including complex litigation, product liability, mass tort and premises liability.

He is experienced, adept and comfortable working with clients across automotive, safety, construction, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors, with a concentration involving asbestos claims. He also regularly helps clients navigate automotive- and work-related catastrophic injury claims, as well as pesticide claims. He has defended clients in both state and federal courts. Brad is an alumnus of the prestigious Los Angeles Trial Advocacy Project (TAP) – the program used to train Los Angeles County City and District attorneys.

Brad’s on-the-ground trial record is deeply informed by a sense of teamwork among his legal colleagues. A former minor league baseball player, Brad understands necessary game strategy and the team mindset that allows firm attorneys to achieve client goals in challenging cases.

Brad currently serves as Office Managing Partner for the firm's Los Angeles office.

Outside the Office

Brad’s team mindset on legal matters started with sports.

Brad played baseball at the University of California at Berkeley and in the minor leagues for Cleveland. He currently enjoys spending time with his wife and four children – some of them have followed in his footsteps with collegiate athletics.
