Bobbi-Jo focuses on assisting clients and legal teams in the defense of asbestos and product liability claims as well as on premises liability and personal injury cases.
She facilitates all phases of the litigation process, with extensive involvement in both Illinois and Missouri. Bobbi-Jo also serves as the client liaison for national coordinating counsel to communicate developments that require working knowledge and analysis of products, premises, facts and issues. She collaborates with attorneys to assist clients across industries, particularly:
- Manufacturing
- Chemical
- Biotechnology
- Agriculture
Bobbi-Jo utilizes her nursing background by creating detailed medical chronologies and medical summaries, and locating key information and medical conditions that bolster cases. She also requests and maintains organized sets of medical records, billing records, pathology specimens and radiology exams to manage joint medical defense trusts. Bobbi-Jo formats, indexes and analyzes large volumes of records, discovery responses and deposition transcripts to assess damages, liability and causation. On behalf of clients, she prepares and files responsive pleadings, dispositive motions and discovery responses in federal and state courts. In addition, Bobbi-Jo has experience monitoring e-filings and was on the ground floor of creating the firm’s client portal system.
