With a natural curiosity that helps her ferret out every relevant fact, Anne represents clients in commercial litigation.

Anne knew she wanted to spend her career in an industry where she could help people, and she sees law as a truly client-centric profession. She chose litigation for the opportunity to solve clients’ problems and regularly handles a wide variety of commercial matters, drafting pleadings, motions and discovery documents; analyzing legal questions; and counseling clients. Anne is known for her writing skills, which can set a case up for victory at the pleading stage, and for her enthusiasm for the investigative phase of trial preparation.

Thanks to her lifelong love of learning, Anne is especially passionate about investigating cases, digging for useful facts and piecing together winning arguments. She also enjoys learning as much as possible about client companies and their industries, and she places a high priority on understanding client needs.

As a Wisconsinite, Anne loves the great outdoors.

She and her family enjoy downhill skiing in the winter both at home and in Colorado, as well as spending time by the lake in the summer. Anne also enjoys biking and playing tennis with her husband. The couple have a very energetic poodle puppy, Birdie, who requires as many walks as possible.

When she has time away, Anne loves to travel. She thinks her favorite place ever visited may be Cape Town, South Africa, where she studied abroad, but she also loves the mountains of Colorado, and anywhere in Europe.
