Andrea focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation.
Andrea’s interest in law was sparked during her time in college on the executive board of a women’s fraternity. The bylaws and rules that defined the organization intrigued her, leading her to pursue a legal career. As a law student, she was part of the Federal Civil Rights Clinic, where she represented a client in a prisoner’s rights case in federal court. The experience cemented her passion for advocacy.
With a degree in biomedical engineering, Andrea was naturally drawn to the intellectual property practice area. She understands the complex technologies that clients have developed and can effectively represent their goals in court. Andrea focuses on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation cases.
Andrea is known for her ability to effectively communicate complex legal and technical issues before juries: prior to law school, she served as a teacher at a college-focused charter elementary school. This experience honed her ability to distill complex concepts into simple, understandable terms—a skill she applies to her legal practice.
A passionate advocate, Andrea provides efficient and high-quality representation for clients.
