Amie is a senior paralegal with more than 16 years of experience in the legal industry.
Amie concentrates her work in the area of business immigration and has extensive experience preparing H-1B and PERM applications on behalf of corporate clients and universities.
Prior to focusing on business immigration, Amie’s work was focused on EEO and affirmative action compliance for federal contractor employers. She prepared annual affirmative action plan updates, conducted statistical analyses of hiring and compensation practices, assisted clients with applicant tracking processes, and helped prepare clients for audits by the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Amie also prepared EEO-1 and VETS-4212 forms on behalf of firm clients each year. Amie was also a litigation paralegal where she assisted attorneys with discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation, and prepared and attended trial proceedings.
