Adrianna Jimenez

Associate
Overview

Adrianna is a high-stakes litigator who helps clients resolve complex commercial disputes.

Adrianna discovered a passion for litigation as a law student when she realized it was simply a matter of factual, convincing storytelling: she loved the challenge of assembling a persuasive story for a judge or jury, and she went on to begin her career in commercial litigation. With a focus on breach of contract disputes, fiduciary duty litigation, and other related business disputes at her first firm, Adrianna learned to approach cases with an eye to future prevention and regularly worked with litigation clients to help them in reducing the exposure associated with business practices and agreements. Her experience covers all stages of litigation—from pre-dispute negotiations through trial. She has twice tried cases to verdict and is also experienced at arbitration and appeal work.

Today, Adrianna handles a wide variety of business disputes and other complex commercial matters. While she has a gift for reading a courtroom, observing a judge, and modifying strategies in real time to achieve the best result, Adrianna’s real focus is trial preparation. Although the majority of cases settle or are resolved through alternative forms of dispute resolution, she always assumes that every case will go to trial—and she prepares a winning strategy accordingly. Creative thinking, thorough preparation, and grit are the hallmarks of Adrianna’s practice.

Adrianna continues to take a preventative eye to clients’ cases, helping consider how they can best avoid litigation in the future. She has built a solid reputation as a reliable, prepared, and trusted professional who understands how difficult and stressful litigation can be—and who aims to put clients’ minds at ease so that they can focus on their businesses.
