Lauren is a paralegal who focuses on intellectual property litigation, as well as patent and trademark prosecution.

Lauren is experienced in handling litigation in the federal courts. She is well versed in eDiscovery processes and software to quickly and efficiently handle, review and produce documents collected during discovery. She also has experience in the patent and trademark application process with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and inter partes reviews with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Lauren’s representative work experience includes:

  • Assisting attorneys with pleadings and motions throughout the litigation process. 
  • Assisting in research on patent infringement suits and other intellectual property litigation. 
  • Corresponding with clients during the discovery phase of intellectual property litigation to handle the collection of relevant documents. Lauren also assists with the review and production process to ensure discovery requirements are met. 
  • Preparing and filing all documents required for U.S. prosecution of pending patent applications, including assignments, responses to office actions, information disclosure statements and issue fee transmittals.
