Lauren supports clients and attorneys in intellectual property litigation matters.

Lauren helps legal teams guide patent infringement suits and other intellectual property litigation, including in the federal courts. She is well versed in eDiscovery processes and software that cost-effectively review and produce documents collected during discovery. Research, due diligence, correspondence, and pleadings and motions throughout the litigation process are details she facilitates. Lauren regularly serves as lead paralegal for lengthy jury trials in complex, multiparty, high-profile cases.

She also has experience in the patent and trademark application process with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and inter partes reviews with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), as well as Section 337 actions under the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC). Lauren has experience in preparing and filing required documents for U.S. prosecution of pending patent applications, including assignments, responses to office actions, information disclosure statements and issue fee transmittals.
