Bobbi-Jo is a paralegal who concentrates on asbestos litigation matters and is a member of several client teams for manufacturing, chemical, biotechnology and agricultural industry clients.

Bobbi-Jo is frequently involved in the following matters:

  • Requesting medical records, pathology specimens and radiology exams to manage joint medical defense trusts.
  • Analyzing, summarizing and indexing medical records, discovery responses, deposition transcripts and other relevant documents.
  • Drafting and filing complaints, motions and other pleadings in federal and state courts, ensuring documents are filed in adherence with the court and statutory guidelines and served upon appropriate parties.
  • Working closely with clients and attorneys in all phases of the litigation process with extensive involvement in both Illinois and Missouri. 

Bobbi-Jo also has experience monitoring electronic filings and facilitating internal document distribution. She has collaborated with attorneys and staff to implement a case management portal system.
