Blake is a paralegal who concentrates his work in the area of toxic tort litigation.

He assists attorneys, clients and co-defendants on cases alleging exposure to asbestos. Blake has experience in all aspects of litigation, including facilitating the discovery phase involving research and analysis of large volumes of data, particularly medical documents. Blake is experienced in preparing medical workups and coordinating with defense experts for diagnosis opinions. He also prepares client responses to complaints, initial pleadings and motions.

Blake enjoys serving on the legal team that offers innovation and cost-efficiency to clients through award-winning strategic approaches and proprietary technology that streamline the defense of toxic tort portfolios.

  • Analyzing medical records for additional treating physicians, hospitals, pathology specimens and radiology films for collection.

Outside the Office

Blake loves the great outdoors.

Blake enjoys biking, hiking, kayaking and camping. He also travels to national parks, the Rocky Mountains in Colorado being his favorite.

Blake works on building projects across communities with Carpenters for Christ through Waypoint Church.
