In August 2020, the U.S. Department of Education’s (ED) requirements went into effect for responding to sexual harassment in the programs and activities of elementary and secondary schools receiving ED funds. This followed the February 2020 announcement by the ED regarding an initiative to combat sexual assault in K-12 schools.

Join Husch Blackwell for a full-day virtual training designed to equip attendees with information and tools to respond to reports of sexual harassment. The session is formatted to satisfy the training requirements of the Title IX regulations.
