Health Reform Seminar

Seminars

Husch Blackwell Sanders invites you to a morning program to help employers understand and effectively implement the guidance governing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (the "Affordable Care Act" or "Healthcare Reform").

Newly issued regulations have clarified some of the Healthcare Reform landscape, including the grandfather rules. This timely seminar will help employers understand the implications of grandfathered status, coverage of adult children, the new "Patient''s Bill of Rights," employer penalties, and provide employers with important plan design considerations.
