National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce Senior Associate Joseph Diedrich has been included in In Business Madison’s 2024 Forty Under 40 class. The honor recognizes the most successful and civic-minded young professionals under the age of 40 in the Greater Madison, Wisconsin area.
Diedrich, a member of the firm’s Transportation, Manufacturing, and Technology industry group and its Appellate and Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution practices, is based in the firm's offices in Madison and Washington, DC. Specializing in appellate and administrative litigation, Diedrich has extensive experience briefing appeals in various courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the DC, Seventh, Eighth, and Federal Circuits, as well as the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Georgia Supreme Court, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and Illinois Appellate Court. He has also presented oral arguments in the Seventh Circuit, Eighth Circuit, Federal Circuit, and Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Additionally, Diedrich is an award-winning legal writer and a member of the Editorial Board of Wisconsin Lawyer.
Diedrich currently serves as the Chair on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra. In addition, he has been appointed as the Chair-Elect of the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and his one-year term began on July 1, 2023. The honorees will be recognized at an event on Tuesday, March 12, at the Overture Center for the Arts in Madison.
