Husch Blackwell's Tomaso Named President-Elect of Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis

Bob Tomaso, office managing partner of Husch Blackwell’s St. Louis office, has been elected President-Elect of the Board of Governors of the Bar Association of Metro St. Louis (BAMSL) for 2020-21.

Tomaso, a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment group, also chairs BAMSL’s Bench and Bar Conference Planning Committee. BAMSL held a virtual swearing-in ceremony for its 2020-21 officers on May 1, 2020.

Three other Husch Blackwell attorneys hold BAMSL leadership roles this year. Jason Husgen, senior counsel, was elected to a second two-year term as a Member-At-Large of the Board of Governors. Tamar E. Hodges, associate, was named Membership Chair of BAMSL’s Young Lawyer Division. John D. Donnelly, conflicts counsel, currently serves as Elections Committee Chair.

The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) “seeks to maintain the highest professional standards among attorneys to enhance their professional competence, to improve the administration of justice and promote the rule of law, to serve the needs of members, and to provide law-related services and education to the public.”
