Husch Blackwell Attorneys and Thought Leadership Earn JD Supra 2022 Readers Choice Awards

Two Husch Blackwell attorneys have been recognized as Top Authors in JD Supra's 2022 Readers Choice Awards. Partner David Stauss was named the #1 Reader’s Choice author on the topic of Data Privacy out of a pool of 3,000 JD Supra authors on the topic. Associate Shelby Dolen was also recognized as Data Privacy Readers Choice Top 10 author.

Stauss and Dolen are regular contributors to Husch Blackwell's Byte Back blog, which provides real-time updates on state privacy law and other data privacy and cybersecurity developments.

JD Supra also recognized COBRA Subsidies Under The American Rescue Plan Act Of 2021 by Alan Kandel and Patricia Martin as a “Top-Read Article” on the subject of Insurance in 2021. The pair issued the original client alert on March 12, 2021.

The Readers Choice Awards recognize top authors and firms who were read by C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media, and other professionals across the JD Supra platform during 2021. 267 authors were chosen from a contributor pool of 65,000 for the visibility and engagement their thought leadership pulled from JD Supra readership during 2021.
