National law firm Husch Blackwell represented ESS Companies in the acquisition of Colorado-based ESCO Construction Co., which specializes in earthmoving, underground utility installation, and concrete paving.
The acquisition further expands ESS Companies’ ability to provide heavy civil construction services in the western United States.
