National law firm Husch Blackwell represented Envision Technology Group LLC and its owners in the sale of the company to CaTech Systems USA Inc. and its affiliate CaTech Topco LP.
Envision Technology Group provides network infrastructure, IT systems integration, and related technology solutions, including structured cabling, data centers, enterprise networking, audiovisual systems, technology rollouts, low-voltage installations, and distribution and logistics center and commercial office build-outs, serving end users, general contractors, system integrators, and managed service providers.
The transaction brings Envision Technology Group into the CaTech Systems platform, providing additional resources and scale to support continued growth and expanded service offerings for its customers.
