Husch Blackwell Adds Texas-Based Banking & Finance Partner Bruce Toppin

National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Bruce Toppin has joined as a partner in its Financial Services and Capital Markets industry group and as a member of its Banking & Finance practice. Based in San Antonio, Texas, Toppin joins the firm’s virtual office, The Link, from Holland & Knight.

Toppin represents financial institutions on a wide range of corporate, securities, bank regulatory and general business matters. He has extensive experience representing banks, thrifts and other financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity securities offerings, complex financing transactions, business expansions and other related matters.

Toppin regularly counsels financial institution clients on matters involving federal and state banking laws and regulations and regulatory agencies regarding regulatory applications, examinations, formal and informal enforcement actions, and regulatory compliance.
