The Illinois Defense Counsel (IDC) has named Husch Blackwell’s Danielle Luisi its 2021 Rising Star.
Luisi, a senior associate based in The Link, Husch Blackwell’s virtual office, focuses her practice on product liability, premises liability, toxic tort and environmental claims. As part of national coordinating counsel and trial teams for corporations in toxic tort litigation, Luisi has been instrumental in formulating defense strategies and managing cases in some of the nation’s busiest mass tort jurisdictions for a diverse client group. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and was named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (Mass Tort Litigation/Class Action – Defendants and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants) in 2021.
Luisi will receive the Rising Star Award during ceremonies June 18 at the IDC’s Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon in Chicago.
