Three Husch Blackwell Partners Named Fellows of Wisconsin Law Foundation

National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce partners Joseph Diedrich, Erik Eisenmann, and Jeffrey O'Brien have been named a Fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation.

The Fellows organization honors State Bar of Wisconsin members who have achieved significant accomplishments in their careers and contributed leadership and service to their communities. The Fellows membership is limited to 2.5% of the State Bar’s total membership. Members are nominated by their peers and elected by the Fellows Board of Trustees.

Milwaukee-based Diedrich is a member of the firm’s Appellate and Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution practices. Specializing in appellate and administrative litigation, Diedrich has extensive experience briefing appeals in various courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the D.C., Federal, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits; the supreme courts of Wisconsin and Georgia; and the appellate courts of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Missouri. He has orally argued appeals in the Seventh Circuit (including en banc), the Eighth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Additionally, Diedrich is an award-winning legal writer and a member of the Editorial Board of Wisconsin Lawyer.

Diedrich was recently named a Rising Young Lawyer by the Wisconsin Law Journal.

Based in Milwaukee, Eisenmann counsels employers of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. He often helps them draft and enforce employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and other workplace agreements.

O'Brien, who is based in Minneapolis, represents numerous small and closely-held businesses as well as real estate investors and developers where he works with craft breweries, distilleries, a variety of other liquor and hospitality focused businesses, industrial hemp infused product manufacturers and the state legal marijuana industry.
