Overview

Robin defends clients in labor and employment matters, with a focus on employment discrimination litigation.

Robin defends employers in lawsuits involving allegations of race, sex, age, and disability discrimination, guiding clients through every stage of litigation. She regularly advises on relevant federal and state employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Equal Pay Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). While many cases settle or are resolved through arbitration or mediation, Robin has extensive experience at trial. She is comfortable in the courtroom and never afraid to try a case.

After beginning her legal career at a labor and employment plaintiff’s firm where trials happened frequently, Robin found herself in front of her first jury after just three months of practice. She assisted in the trials of six cases to jury verdict, developing a strong courtroom presence, a knack for thinking on her feet, and a direct style that connects with jurors. This early plaintiff-side experience also gave Robin insight into the approaches and tactics that often shape the opposing side’s strategy.

Known for her thorough approach, Robin takes time to learn the details of each company and case, often spotting issues that others might miss. Her ability to relate to juries and gain their trust adds value at trial, helping her present clear and persuasive arguments on behalf of clients.

Clients facing employment litigation or seeking advice on compliance find Robin to be a steady advocate who combines practical trial experience with a commitment to understanding each client’s business and objectives.
