Overview

Nathan defends clients in antitrust cases and other complex commercial litigation matters.

As part of the firm’s litigation team, Nathan handles matters that include breach of contract allegations, trademark issues, False Claims Act cases, and various other business disputes that often involve high stakes and complicated details. Nathan is particularly drawn to antitrust litigation, where the intersection of economics and law presents unique challenges. He also works on large-scale, multi-district litigation and class action suits, and usually represents major corporations, with a particularly strong background in the healthcare sector.

Nathan’s approach to litigation is shaped by years of competitive debate at both the high school and college levels.
