Natalie is an experienced immigration paralegal with more than eight years of experience supporting attorneys and clients in a wide range of employment-based immigration matters.

She works closely with immigration attorneys to prepare and manage both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, guiding corporate clients and foreign nationals through complex immigration processes with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Natalie has extensive experience handling employment-based cases, including:

  • PERM labor certifications
  • H-1B and H-4 petitions
  • I-140 immigrant petitions
  • Adjustment of Status (AOS) applications
  • TN visas
  • F-1 Optional Practical Training (OPT) and I-983 training plans
  • L-1A and L-1B intracompany transferee petitions
  • J-1 exchange visitor matters

She assists with case strategy, petition preparation, document collection, government filings, and client communications, helping ensure compliance with evolving immigration regulations and deadlines.

In addition to her employment-based immigration experience, Natalie has worked on family-based immigration petitions and humanitarian matters before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Her diverse background enables her to understand a broad spectrum of immigration issues and provide comprehensive support to attorneys and clients throughout the immigration process.
