Morgan represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters.

Morgan’s decision to pursue a career in law was driven by her desire to help and advise people and businesses. She was drawn to the legal field after working in finance, where she had enjoyed building relationships and strategic planning. Morgan represents clients in complex commercial litigation disputes in state and federal courts for clients across a wide array of industries including finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and food systems.

Morgan draws on her background in business and finance to work on a range of business litigation matters at all stages. Prior to law school, Morgan developed excellent interpersonal and client service skills during a career in investment banking and private wealth management. She gained experience with financial markets, investment products, risk management, retirement planning, tax planning, and personal estate planning.

Morgan is known for her attention to detail, diligence, preparedness, and sharp research and writing. With strong execution and problem-solving skills, she is a natural conflict resolver, helping her facilitate a smooth process towards favorable solutions for clients. Clients appreciate her listening skills, as well as her ability to provide realistic results that align with their business goals.

Outside the Office

Morgan values staying active, both at home and on vacation: she regularly golfs with her husband, enjoys spinning, and loves to hike, especially when there’s travel involved. In addition to their hiking trips, Morgan and her husband also enjoy city sightseeing and fly-fishing with their family. At home in St. Louis, Morgan and her husband enjoy taking walks in the park with their two French Bulldogs and spending time with friends and family.
