Megan provides individualized solutions to clients with a broad array of contracts including licensing agreements, consulting agreements and service agreements. She drafts and updates formation documents including articles of organization, operating agreements, certificates of incorporation, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and management and shareholder consents. Megan develops and updates customized compliance guidelines for quickly changing marijuana regulations in multiple jurisdictions. Further, she facilitates closings of business combinations by ensuring completion of letters of intent, asset purchase agreements, loan agreements, promissory notes, consents, certificates and other required documentation.
She also advises clients on privacy compliance planning, which encompasses cybersecurity measures as well as drafting privacy policies and developing privacy frameworks to drive compliance.
