Matt’s practice focuses on commercial lending for banks and nonbank lenders. He views closing deals as a way to make their lives easier.
As Of Counsel to the firm, Matt assists the Financial Services and Capital Markets team in preparing and negotiating loan documents and finding innovative ways to structure complex transactions for banks and corporate and private equity clients.
Matt is a full-time law professor at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, where he teaches Contracts, Sales of Goods, Secured Transactions, and Payment Systems.
