Having grown up with a family business, Lindy participated each day in the challenges and opportunities business owners face.
As a corporate attorney, Lindy aims to mitigate risk and create possibilities for companies and businesses at all levels of growth and development. Whether working with a small eatery such as her family started, or guiding mature multinational corporations, Lindy focuses on critical details while allowing for both stability and flexibility in the years ahead. Lindy collaborates on the firm’s Corporate team, assisting clients with formation, mergers, contracting, negotiations, compliance, due diligence, licensing and financing.
In high school, Lindy and her family started a small food manufacturing business with their entrepreneurial father. What began as customer service duties transitioned to helping secure and outgrow a commercial kitchen space, learning about and seeking consultation for multistate intellectual property issues, advertising and rebranding, and learning food safety regulations. Clients appreciate her personal background, can-do attitude and legal insight as she helps them navigate both routine and critical corporate issues.
