Lauren defends clients in product liability and other complex commercial litigation matters.
With a strong background in product liability work for automotive companies, Lauren serves on the national litigation teams for a leading truck and trailer rental company and a multinational tire manufacturer. She primarily defends these clients in product liability cases relating to auto accidents; however, she assists with premises liability matters and litigation related to propane distribution as well.
In product liability cases, the client wasn’t present for the inciting incident, necessitating significant investigative work on the part of counsel.
