Lauren represents clients in trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation matters.
Lauren focuses her practice on trust and estate disputes, guiding clients through matters involving contested wills, questions of undue influence or incompetency, fraud allegations, and other complex estate issues and controversies. With experience representing executors, administrators, and beneficiaries, Lauren handles cases from their earliest stages all the way through trial. She gained hands-on courtroom experience early in her career, including serving as first chair in a jury trial and assisting in others.
Drawn to the fast pace and the challenge of thinking quickly in high-stakes situations, Lauren began her legal career in commercial litigation. As her practice developed, she began to take on an increasing number of fiduciary litigation cases and found that she enjoyed the people-focused nature of this work. Lauren values the opportunity to get to know clients and their families, and she finds it truly rewarding to help clients navigate difficult, stressful situations. After joining Husch Blackwell in 2025, she primarily works with high-net-worth private wealth matters, applying her litigation background to support clients facing sensitive and often emotional family and estate-related disputes.
Clients describe Lauren as approachable and relatable, qualities that serve well both in and out of the courtroom. She communicates in a way that puts clients at ease, making complex legal processes more manageable and less intimidating. Similarly, juries respond to Lauren’s clear, direct arguments, and clients appreciate the comfort of knowing they can reach out with any concern. Known for her own ability to stay calm under pressure, she understands the personal stress and emotion involved in trust and estate litigation, and she works to ensure clients feel supported at every step.
