Kevin defends clients in commercial litigation matters.

Kevin’s decision to pursue a legal career was driven by a desire to challenge himself academically and to advocate for clients. During law school, his tenure on the Creighton Law Review was particularly impactful, honing his legal writing skills and fostering lasting friendships among a talented network of legal colleagues.

Drawn to commercial litigation, Kevin enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities of the legal landscape. As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, he worked on various projects, including drafting a Daubert brief, attending a hearing for a motion on summary judgment, and conducting numerous research assignments. His judicial externship with the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska also provided invaluable insights into judicial expectations, effective litigation, and the importance of maintaining a strong reputation.

Kevin is known as knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to communicate with. His competence and confidence make him an effective lawyer, ready to advocate for clients and meet their legal needs.

Outside the Office

Kevin enjoys video games, particularly Elden Ring, as well as getting lost in a good book: he reads a diverse range, from comedic fiction to Buddhist literature. He also values staying active at the gym and on hiking and camping trips, especially in Colorado near Red Feather Lakes.

Kevin also loves to travel and most recently spent two weeks in Nepal exploring Kathmandu and Pokhara.
