Overview

Justin defends clients in complex commercial litigation matters.

Justin decided to pursue a legal career because it offers a direct way to help people navigate high-stakes situations using strategic thinking and problem-solving. The appeal of making a real difference through advocacy was a driving factor in choosing this path. He was drawn to commercial litigation in particular for the variety and challenge it presents: each case brings a new set of facts and requires a fresh approach, which keeps the work engaging and dynamic. Early experiences in law school, including participation in mock trial and a trial advocacy class, reinforced an interest in courtroom strategy and highlighted the impact of advocacy.

As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, Justin worked with attorneys across multiple offices and practice groups, tackling a range of commercial litigation matters. This experience offered hands-on exposure to the firm’s collaborative approach and the fast-paced nature of the practice. Projects included research and legal analysis on topics such as eminent domain, unjust enrichment, and evolving legislation, providing a strong foundation in commercial litigation.

Justin is known as hardworking, detail-oriented, and prepared. A strong work ethic and a competitive drive support a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Clients can expect clear communication, thorough preparation, and a focus on achieving their goals.
