Company executives with workplace difficulties turn to Hillary for strategic guidance in employment litigation and counseling.
Hillary draws from more than 20 years of experience to help employers navigate employment litigation and administrative proceedings arising under federal, state, and local discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and wage and hour laws, as well as litigation of claims involving the enforcement of non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements. Her experience includes:

- Representing employers in Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) cases and obtaining injunctive relief in numerous cases involving noncompetition agreements and other restrictive covenants.
On the counseling side, Hillary advises businesses on a daily basis about personnel decisions, wage and hour matters, internal complaints, investigations and accommodation issues. She also conducts human resource audits and policy reviews and provides training to management and nonmanagement employees on a variety of employment issues, including prohibited harassment and effective supervision.
