Halle makes complex corporate transactions manageable for healthcare clients.
As a corporate and transactional attorney, Halle works with ambulatory surgery centers, physicians and physician groups, hospitals, and health systems on joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, affiliations, and sophisticated restructurings. She supports clients through every phase of a deal, from drafting and negotiating key documents to integration planning and ongoing operational issues. Regulatory and licensure matters are also a regular part of her practice, and Halle is experienced at guiding clients through the compliance landscape that comes with each transaction.
Growing up, Halle was surrounded by stories of resilience and business acumen. As the daughter of an immigrant who attended law school during the Salvadoran Civil War, and with entrepreneurial parents who discussed business deals and LLC formation at the dinner table, Halle developed an early interest in both law and business. By the time she began law school, she was already focused on corporate transactions, with a strong interest in healthcare that grew from an undergraduate focus on hospital administration and healthcare policy.
Halle joined Husch Blackwell in 2025, drawn by the firm’s national healthcare platform and its innovative, technology-driven approach. She values the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team that embraces new efficiencies.
Halle’s goal is always to deliver clear advice that makes even the most complicated deals readily understandable. She’s known for breaking down large, multifaceted transactions into manageable steps, ensuring that clients can confidently navigate each part of the process and make informed decisions at every stage. At the end of the day, Halle ensures that clients are satisfied not only with an overall transaction, but with every decision they have made surrounding it.
