Leadership skills honed at the United States Military Academy West Point help Grant meet every challenge head-on.
Most people don’t get formal leadership training in college. The opposite is true for students of the United States Military Academy West Point. As a cadet, Grant earned a top leadership award in his class of over a thousand. His time at West Point taught him that successful teamwork requires a strategic mindset and a relentless work ethic to succeed in a competitive environment.
That training showed Grant that a large amount of responsibility requires balance with prudent judgment to successfully complete a mission under a range of quickly evolving circumstances. The same can often be said for complex litigation issues.
Grant also completed a rotation in South Korea as an artillery officer assisting with joint military exercises close to the North Korean border, which imbued him with the ability to understand and work capably in highly sensitive situations.
Grant brings his military experience – along with a passion for helping clients – to his work on commercial litigation matters in the firm’s Houston office.
