Overview

Thinking on his feet and making clients happy is second nature to David.

David works with attorneys and legal teams on all phases of commercial litigation and regulatory matters. Maintaining calendars, meeting critical deadlines, and preparing and reviewing necessary documentation are just a few of the ways he helps streamline cases. David facilitates best practices from pre-trial through appeal, ensuring that customized client goals are met.

Clients and legal teams appreciate David’s consistent positive attitude and his deep commitment to client service. He attributes his can-do approach to a long background working backstage in theatre and the immovable idea that the show must go on. As in a theatrical production, he understands how every small detail of the most complex play must be addressed. He enjoys doing so in service to solving clients’ complex legal matters.
