As a commercial litigator, Daniel aims to solve clients’ complex legal problems so business can move forward.

A steady advocate and counselor, Daniel is part of the firm’s Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution team handling clients’ toughest legal challenges. In collaboration with the firm’s coast-to-coast footprint of agile scalability, Daniel guides clients to optimal resolutions on matters including:

  • Breach of contract
  • Trade secrets
  • Business torts
  • Contract negotiations
  • Compliance
  • Due diligence

Daniel enjoys working closely with clients to make sure they understand litigation pathways. He’s also a careful listener who incorporates company operational goals into legal strategy. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served a legal internship with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Executive Office for Immigration Review, Omaha.

Daniel values time with his wife and son. He also enjoys woodworking and carpentry, hoping to pass the hobby on to his son with the gift of customized junior workbench. Additionally, Daniel can be found cheering on Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
