Braden helps clients navigate complex commercial litigation matters, guiding disputes through all stages of state and federal court proceedings.
Braden pursued law school out of a desire to serve clients and solve complex problems, a motivation sharpened during college by activities like Model UN, public speaking competitions, and mock trial. Those experiences gave him an early feel for structured argument and made the decision to attend law school an easy one.
During law school, moot court stood out as a turning point. He found appellate litigation especially compelling and learning to build a position through both written and oral advocacy drew him toward commercial litigation.
Two years of federal clerkships, one at the trial level and one at the appellate level, gave Braden a close view of how judges evaluate arguments and reach decisions, insight he expects to draw on as a litigator handling disputes at every stage of a case.
As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, Braden worked on a variety of litigation projects across multiple summers with the firm and found the team welcoming and supportive as he built his practical skills.
Known for wanting to deliver high-quality service to clients of all kinds, Braden aims to be friendly, effective, and responsive. He is direct about the reputation he hopes to build: someone clients can count on to be attentive and reliable throughout a matter.
