Overview

Angela is a commercial litigator who represents clients in complex, high-stakes, expert-driven disputes, bringing a disciplined and strategic approach to every phase of litigation.

In product liability matters, Angela handles cases involving complex technology and scientific issues across industries such as aviation, consumer products, and manufacturing that require careful coordination and mastery of technical records. She has extensive experience with expert discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation, including mock trial work, and is well-versed in litigating discovery disputes in both state and federal courts.

Angela also represents religious and other nonprofit institutions in matters involving historical claims and risk-management concerns. She works closely with institutional clients, insurers, and claims professionals to navigate sensitive factual records, manage coordinated discovery, and develop practical litigation strategies tailored to long-term organizational considerations.

She also brings intellectual property litigation experience, including patent litigation, where her work has focused on technical expert analysis and complex evidentiary issues arising from network security and other sophisticated technologies.

Across each of these areas, Angela regularly coordinates discovery strategy, collaborates with experts, and plays a central role in shaping litigation themes from pre-litigation claim evaluation through trial. Known for her clear advocacy and strategic judgment, she is frequently entrusted with drafting key pleadings and briefing, coordinating discovery efforts, and appearing in court on contested matters. Clients and colleagues value her ability to translate complex technical and legal issues into practical guidance, and her steady presence in high-pressure litigation environments.

Outside the Office

Outside the office, Angela enjoys spending time with her partner, family, friends, and her dog, Ayla. She is an avid reader and can often be found balancing a book with a workout class or long walks, valuing routines that keep her energized and focused outside of demanding litigation schedules.

Angela also has a long‑standing creative interest in electronic music and occasionally DJs shows in Colorado and New York City. When she’s not reading or listening to music, she enjoys video games and other ways of unwinding that balance creativity with problem‑solving.
