Nicole is a senior paralegal who concentrates her work in the areas of patents, trademarks, copyrights and intellectual property litigation.

Nicole assists attorneys and clients on U.S. and international patent and trademark applications and U.S. copyright registrations. She has experience with patent and trademark infringement cases tried in federal courts, and she facilitates the preparation of a variety of licenses, assignments, contracts and agreements.

Working closely with attorneys and clients on trademarks and patents, Nicole sees the entire realm of intellectual property matters from initial idea to defending trademarks. She enjoys thinking ahead for clients and legal teams, attempting to proactively prepare and streamline matters to avoid problems and work cost-effectively.

Outside the Office

Nicole is an avid reader of many genres. She also likes hanging out with friends, family and her dogs and enjoys taking them for walks.

Community Leadership

A recreational runner, Nicole often participates in 5Ks and other races that raise funds and awareness for charitable organizations, causes and medical issues, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), known as Lou Gehrig's disease, and Alzheimer's disease.
