Chris is a senior paralegal who concentrates on commercial litigation.

She is knowledgeable in all phases of the litigation process at the state and federal court levels and has experience on matters ranging from single-plaintiff to large complex commercial litigation. She manages cases from initial investigation through large-scale document production, arbitration, pretrial preparation and trial assistance. She also has extensive experience working with litigation databases and software.

Chris is also a member of the firm’s general docketing team, assisting attorneys with docketing  for matters to which paralegals are not assigned. She has handled docketing on matters involving several practice areas of law, including bankruptcy and civil and criminal litigation.

  • Assisted trial counsel as lead paralegal in antitrust and breach of contract litigation brought by large compound pharmacies against multiple pharmacy benefit managers. Plaintiffs sought over $120M in damages. After defeating plaintiffs' claims, judgment was obtained on over $20M in counterclaims against plaintiffs.
  • Routinely administered paralegal workflow for top firm client, Fortune 100 pharmacy benefit management company.
  • Assisted trial team in obtaining summary judgment in favor of client in putative consumer fraud class actions and multidistrict litigation.
  • Served as lead paralegal in obtaining summary judgment in putative nationwide class action alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
  • Aided trial counsel in prosecuting claim for misappropriation of trade secrets against Big Four accounting firm. After three-day preliminary injunction hearing, court entered broad injunctive relief in favor of our client.
  • Supported trial counsel in dismissing all claims in putative consumer fraud class action for alleged improper and deceptive fees.
  • Acted as lead paralegal in successfully defending healthcare company in federal court actions alleging unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, Lanham Act violations and breach of contract. After plaintiffs' request for injunctive relief was denied, all claims against our client were dismissed with prejudice.
  • Helped trial counsel in obtaining summary judgment in favor of client in multimillion-dollar contract dispute.
  • As lead paralegal, assisted counsel in obtaining and collecting post-judgment award, after obtaining summary judgment in favor of client, and class certification denied in broad putative class action case.
Outside the Office

Chris is a writer of fictional stories and poetry.

When not crafting or editing legal documents, Chris is a creative writer of short stories and poetry. Her poetry has been collected in the anthology, “The Luminescent Night,” and a current story is being circulated for publication.
