Electronic Information and Document Preservation: What are a company’s duties to preserve and produce? 

Husch Blackwell invites you to attend the third program in our new "Lessons in Litigation" series. This series is designed to provide you with practical information on a variety of business litigation topics in a succinct, relaxed and entertaining way.

This program will include an overview of negotiation and settlement strategies both before and after litigation begins. We will discuss some of the psychological factors that can affect negotiations and the relative advantages and disadvantages of informal negotiations, mediation, and binding arbitration procedures.
